We try our best to specify the correct car battery via our database; however, there may on occasions be errors due to various situations we do advise that polarity and dimensions are checked in order to ensure the correct battery is issued. Our data is not compatible with imported vehicles.

You will not: commit or encourage a criminal offense; transmit or distribute a virus, Trojan, worm, logic bomb, or any other material that is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence, or in any way offensive or obscene; hack into any aspect of the Service; corrupt data; cause annoyance to other users; infringe upon the rights of any other person’s proprietary rights; send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material, commonly referred to as ‘spam’; or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed through this Website. By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability, and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to India and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
In order to contract with JeffsonBatteryService.com, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. We retain the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by email/phone and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be JeffsonBatteryService.com or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party, JeffsonBatteryService.com is not acting as either an agent or principal, and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
(a) Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail/phone message confirming receipt of your order: this email/message will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
(b) Pricing and Availability
While we try and ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
(c) Payment
Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
(d) Discount Codes
Account discount codes – Discount codes may from time to time be offered to account holders; such codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the discount code was offered and registered.
The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.
(e) Delivery
We will only deliver to addresses within India and only to those cities in which we have operations.
We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified in this section; however, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We offer Same Day Delivery service based on orders placed before 5pm Mon – Sat.
We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. Please note that if your order is made up of a combination of items, deliveries may, on occasion, be made separately. Any issues with the items must be notified within 7 days of the delivery. Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery. We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances.

These terms and conditions will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. In the event of any dispute or claim related to these terms and conditions, the dispute or claim will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
The Terms of Service outlined above constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements between you and JeffsonBatteryService.com. Any waiver of any provision in the Terms of Service will only be effective if it is in writing and signed by a Manager of JeffsonBatteryService.com.
JeffsonBatteryService.com may restrict services and benefits to customers, or impose conditions under which they will be made available. Actions may be taken in the following circumstances:
- If reasonable usage levels are exceeded.
- If a customer behaves in a threatening or abusive manner towards JeffsonBatteryService.com staff or agents.
- If a customer falsely represents that they are entitled to services they are not entitled to.
Invoices for orders placed with us are automatically sent to you via email once the payment has been confirmed. Alternatively, you will receive the invoice or receipt upon the delivery of the battery by our technician.
This invoice or receipt serves as proof of your purchase and guarantee. It should be kept safely in order to make warranty claims or obtain further assistance with your product.
Warranty Procedure: If you have charged your battery fully and believe it is faulty, there are two options for processing your warranty claim:
- Self-Testing the Battery
Take the battery to a local garage for a battery test. Ensure that the battery is fully charged and has a voltage of over 12 volts during the test. Make sure the voltage is shown on the test report. Send the test report via fax, email, or regular mail along with a copy of your invoice or order number. Ensure that your address and phone number are included. Once we receive the test report and the invoice, we will contact you to arrange for a new product to be sent to you and the collection of the faulty item.
